For spousal transfers following separation, we can only act for one side of the transfer.
If your transfer requires a complex stamp duty application (such as a transfer between trustees), an additional fee of $660 applies. This might be required where someone died without a Will, or the property is being transferred not in accordance with the Will, or where there is a transfer of life estate, or a transfer under a trust, or where there is a change of trustee, or for certain subdivisions.

Subdivision / consolidation / boundary realignment
STANDARD subdivision/
consolidation
A standard subdivision or consolidation up to 5 lots and model Owners Corporation rules (if not, such as 32A or 32AI applications, the fee is $1600).

For a Not in Common Ownership subdivision. This fee includes a NICO Agreement, the complex SRO application, the subdivision application and the transfers.

These fees assume there are no caveats on title and all owners consent.
