Nest Legal Fundraising Program - instructions form

THIS IS HOW it WORKs

1. Check the fundraising package is appropriate for you by answering the initial questions below.

2. If yes, fill out this form and then transfer $250 to Nest Legal Trust Account BSB: 063157  Acc No: 1072 9097

3. If your needs are too complex for the $250 fundraising package but you would like to support your centre, please choose one of the packages here and we will credit $50 to your childcare centre/kinder. For more info about the differences between the fundraising package and our standard packages, go here.

4. Once we receive funds in trust, we will send your documents and video explaining the documents.

5. Once you have reviewed the documents and watched the video, book a 20-minute evening videoconference where we will answer any questions you have and make amendments. If the amendments you require will take longer than the 20-minutes, we will discuss what you want to do.

6. After the conference, we will send you final version of the documents and signing instructions.

7. You sign your documents in front of the required witnesses and send them back to us for checking and (if desired) storage.
